AI-Assisted Workflow
The Claude Code setup the team uses to build features.
Overview
- Shared rules, permissions and hooks committed to the repo.
- Team skills for Figma UI, game data tables, code review and bug fixing.
- Development process: spec, plan, tests, code, review.
- SheetGuard API for safe writes to the design Google Sheet.
- Unity MCP, Figma MCP and GitNexus connected to the agent.
Development process
Every feature goes through these steps. The agent writes the spec, plan and code. A developer makes the decisions shown in orange.
Project setup for agents
Files and tools each developer's agent loads from the repo. Click a node for details.
Lessons from Idle Dungeon Keeper
Before starting Idle Airport Manager, the AI setup on Idle Dungeon Keeper was reviewed. Each problem became a rule in the new project.

/fix-bugs skill
Takes bugs from GitHub Issues. The agent finds the root cause with GitNexus and suggests fixes, and the developer picks one. Each bug gets its own commit and a Resolved label.
SheetGuard
Google Apps Script API that agents use to write to the design Google Sheet. It can only add tabs, columns and rows. It runs as a dry run by default, locks the sheet while writing and logs every change.
